Exercise equipment

I did not really do any New Year resolutions or deside on goals, but I was finally motivated to do something for my neck pain, something else than just taking a pain killer. So I do just a bit of exercise everyday, but now I have a another problem.

Where do you keep your basic exercise equipment? I admit that when I do exercise I do like to do it in front of the television, so I would also like to keep the equipment in the livingroom where the TV is. I'm happy to keep the equipment in sight all the time, but not in the middle of the floor where it looks like I've just forgotten them there. If you have any hints, I'd love to hear about them.

  1. I don't own any exercise equipment, I had some dumbbells once but I am one of those people that can't motivate themselves to exercise at home and have to go to the gym. Hope your neck pain will go away soon. Training the right muscles will definitely help.

    1. We also have that exercise bike, that we are now planning to get rid of. Also we have two more weights that are not as heavy.
My neck pain got mostly away when I bought a new pillow on the fall, but still after working with the computer all day my back gets stuck and then I get neck pain which results to headache. So I will try to do some exercise daily. It does not actually take much to keep the back ok.

  2. That's a tough one. I only have one piece of equipment and I slide it under my media cabinet, but you don't have that option since your cabinet goes all the way to the floor... Hmm

    1. I know, difficult. Also I would not like them to be on the floor. Hmm exactly.

  3. I only have a few small things and I either tuck them into a corner or the closet. If you're getting rid of the bike, do you think the other things could be tucked into a corner?

    1. But we don't have any free corner, all corners have furniture. Somehow this feels really difficult.
